Coaching that gets to the source.
Live group coaching with a neuropsychologist and her coaching partner. Not fluff coaching: executive function and working memory, and the strategies that support them.
Getting It Done with ADHD
For adults getting on top of daily tasks. Nine units of live coaching, videos, and worksheets built on the Triangle Learning Model, plus weekly planning sessions that keep the work consistent.

Three problems, nine units, one layered method.
Getting It Done breaks ADHD down into overwhelm, distraction, and procrastination. Each splits into three sub sections, and each week shows you how to build one of them into your life.

Who it is for
- Adults coming to terms with ADHD for the first time.
- Adults who know ADHD well and want new frameworks in the toolbox.
- College and university students.
- Partners and loved ones who want to understand how ADHD shapes a relationship.
Who it is not for
People who are not ready to put the hour in. There will be weeks where you are asked to be curious and self reflective, and change does not arrive from watching inspirational posts. If that is not where you are right now, that is fine, and we would rather say so up front.

"Growing up I felt I was too much but never enough. Top grades, always in detention. It took until 41 to get a diagnosis."
Dr. Claire's research background is executive function. Everything taught here is peer-reviewed psychology translated into practical learning for adults, not someone who read a few books about ADHD and decided to coach.
