Skip the willpower. Install an operating system for your ADHD.
A live program that builds the systems your attention and mood need, at work and at home.

You are employed. Work and home are both important, and they compete.
You already know what you "should" do. You have tried the planner, the overtime hours, the course you did not finish, the advice from someone who has ADHD and multiple lists. Some weeks it holds. Until it swings to chaos.
This page is for that person. If you want to be fixed as a person, or a program you can buy and ignore, this is not that.
Your boss is getting tired of the late projects.
Your partner is getting tired of the mood that walks in the door.
When the week gets into chaos, do this.
It is not the whole operating system. It is the shape of it.
Name the gap
Is this attention (you cannot start, or you cannot stay), or mood (you snapped, shut down, or ran on shame), or both?
Cut the list
Pick one work thing and one home thing that fit the time you actually have. Not the "everything" list that never gets done.
Get it out of your head
Put the plan somewhere outside your head, and tell one person what you will do tomorrow.
If that already feels like relief, you do not have a motivation problem. You have a missing system. The rest of this page is how we install one, with people in the room.
Book 20 minutes with TomA group for attention and mood, together.
The ADHD Operating System is scaffolding for two things most programs split apart: controlling your attention, and managing your mood. We install it live, every week, with a neuropsychologist in the room for the communication and emotion-regulation hour. You can join when you are ready.

Canadian clinicians, in a 2025 study, ranked access to well-trained ADHD providers as their top priority. Most adults still get a waitlist, a checklist, or a coach with a personal story.
Claire's thesis was executive function. She has been assessing and treating adults with ADHD for 15 years.
That is why this exists.
Give you weeks that swing less from high to low.
Not "learn more about ADHD." You have already done that.
Recharge time
Fewer overtime hours so work does not fall over. Personal time that is actually recharge, not collapse. An hour back in the week is what this can start to look like. It is an example, not a guarantee.
Fewer loaded conversations
Mood has a system, so the snap, the shutdown, and the apology tour happen less often at work and at home.
Off willpower and shame
Negative self-talk is a terrible operating system. Instead, you build skills you can see, and the week gets pulled by outcomes you chose.
See what moved
You take our Quality of Life Quiz at the start and at the end. Four scores, compared with other adults with ADHD, not with a neurotypical fantasy.
The quiz is a coaching baseline. It is not a diagnosis.
The ADHD Operating System
Not installed once. Run every day of the week, until it holds on its own.
We mail you the tools. You keep them.
Your brain needs things it can see and touch, not another tab to lose. The box comes to your door, and everything in it stays yours.
Self-directed video course
Short lessons on planning, attention, and emotion regulation. Watch at your own pace, then bring it to the live calls.
The ADHD Hub community
Our online community of adults building the same system. Ask questions, share wins, no performing required.
Weekly live group coaching
Three live sessions a week with Dr. Claire, Tom, and an accountability coach. This is where the system actually sticks.
You join. We mail you a box. You show up.
A self-directed course
A combination of managing your week and emotional regulation, combined. Overwhelm, distraction, procrastination, communication, emotion regulation. You go at a pace a dopamine-seeking brain can stand.
The course is not the product. If you only watch videos, you will not get the result.
The ADHD Hub
Our online community. Other employed adults installing the same system. Not a forum you have to perform in.
Three weekly sessions.
Join anytime. Adults with ADHD get bored and drop new habits. That is why this is live and weekly, not a library you intend to open.
Communication and emotion regulation. This is the psychologist hour. Skill-building and behaviour change, not talk-only.
Getting It Done. Planning, attention, the actual week, for a brain that likes novelty and deadline pressure.
You leave with a plan for next week, and a person who will ask follow up questions next week. Accountability.
Book 20 minutes with Tom.
Tom will talk with you about your ADHD, answer your questions, and help you figure out if this program is a fit.
Book 20 minutes with TomCome with what you are noticing: the challenges at work and at home, what is happening in your relationships, and what brought you to this page.
Tom talks with you about your week. Then about how we see it: people with ADHD do not need fixing, they need ways to cope with and manage their traits. Then about this operating system.
